Certified Laughter Yoga Leader in English | Online

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga, globally known as "Laughter Yoga," is a method developed by Dr. Madan Kataria in India in 1995.

We foster interaction among participants through laughter exercises and breathing techniques, transitioning from induced laughter to genuine laughter.

The entire process is very fun and is divided into several stages, providing numerous health benefits on the physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual levels.

The first stage is standing, interactive, with important eye contact and deep breathing exercises. The laughter exercises practiced lead us to true laughter, promoting a deep sense of well-being.

The second stage is seated and is called "Laughter Yoga Meditation." This part of the Laughter Yoga session is one of the most important because it’s where we let our laughter flow freely.

Finally, lying down, we laugh again and finish the session with a final relaxation (Yoga-Nidra).

You can laugh alone or in a group. The choice is yours.

To experience it in person or online, feel free to contact us anytime! :)
