Laughter Yoga
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFIED
TRAINING
LAUGHTER YOGA LEADER TRAINING
With Master Trainer Sabrina Tacconi
Laughter Yoga is a simple
and revolutionary idea created in 1995 by Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria.
It combines exercises that stimulate unconditional laughter with Pranayama
breathing techniques, which harmonize body and mind, increase oxygenation
to the brain, and strengthen the immune system—among many other health
benefits.
Laughter Sessions are
conducted by a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, trained by Teachers of
the International Laughter Yoga University.
Participants in these sessions quickly experience a high level of physical,
emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
The Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Course teaches you how to conduct
a full laughter session.
You will also be able to give talks and workshops on the subject in
cultural, corporate, and social settings.
The great news is that from now on, once you complete the Laughter Yoga
Leader Training, you’ll be able to offer your own Introductory Laughter
Yoga Courses (up to 6 hours) — providing manuals and international
certificates to your students.
Today, Laughter Yoga is practiced in more than 120 countries around
the world.
Thanks to the work of trained Laughter Leaders and the growing media
interest, the importance of laughter continues to spread among people of all
ages.
In this course, you will learn the power of laughing and making others
laugh unconditionally.

Practice for Health
When We Laugh…
- We strengthen the heart
- We dilate blood vessels
- We improve breathing
- We ease digestion
- We activate more than 400 muscles in our body
- We strengthen emotional bonds
- We release serotonin (a natural antidepressant)
- We release endorphins — hormones that relieve pain and produce a pleasant feeling of well-being
- We release dopamine, which helps elevate mood
- We release adrenaline, which helps us stay more alert and receptive, boosting our creativity.
Laughing frequently also strengthens the immune system, and since it lowers
cortisol levels, it helps reduce stress and insomnia. It also improves lung
function in asthma patients and helps combat cardiovascular problems.
Among many other benefits…

Individual Laughter Therapy
(Coaching)
We become aware of the effects of laughter on people, from its importance
in increasing life expectancy to many other significant benefits.
That is why we invite you to experience something unique and innovative:
participate in a Laughter Session (Laughter Yoga Coaching) presently or online.
Essentially, it is a complementary therapy that seeks human well-being through
a simple hearty laugh.
Since there is no difference between the effects of natural laughter and
induced laughter, the body receives equal benefits from both. Laughter can
elevate the mind, body, and emotions to a state of relaxation and happiness based
on the simple act of laughing.
- Laughter is a natural antidepressant, even if you
are already on medication
- Laughter helps us in a simple and natural way and
also enhances the effects of medication
Private Laughter Therapy Sessions (Laughter Yoga Coaching) last 1 hour.
- Think from today that laughing is an investment
in yourself
- It is a natural need to express the emotions we
all have and is part of our personal growth
